  • 1900 – 1920s Navajo Silver Ingot Headstall & Ring Bit
  • Pounded ingot sheet silver
  • Chiseled and stamped designs with pre-1940s simple handmade stamps and nail-set circles
  • Ingot-cast forehead naja with nail-set circles and chiseled bar design
  • There is a great patina on the back of all this silver work
  • Back pieces through which the leather threads are all made of copper
  • The 1870s – 1880s ringbit is unusually complete. It has copper rollers in the mouthpiece
  • It has a silver flower and inlaid silver leaf on the side of the bit
  • Has the original chains connecting the bottom of the ring to the rein chains
  • The rains are intact and are old harness leather tied with braintanned buckskin
  • At the bottom of this set of reins hang two elk ivories, also on braintanned thongs
